PLAYING TIME

Tampa Bay Raptors Volleyball Club does not guarantee equal playing time. We believe that an individual will improve in an environment that is competitive, challenging, and encouraging. Improving and developing is a process. 

We believe that any guarantee of playing time without being challenged will lessen an individual's effort to improve. 

Our goal is to perform our very best at every tournament. With this in mind, we expect commitment, a desire to improve, work on positive relationships and interaction, concentration, being task-oriented, and place an emphasis on the process versus the results. 

The most competitive line-ups are used to put our teams in position to compete against the best teams in the tournaments that we participate in.
