Coaches will not discuss their decisions with a parent. Examples of coaching decisions include, but are not limited to line-ups and game decisions (i.e. substitutions, starting line-ups, timeouts, etc.).

Tampa Bay Raptors does not require our coaches to justify or defend their coaching decisions to parents or players. 

It is considered "improper" for a parent to request a coach to explain why he or she made a decision to determine playing time or substitution patterns.
